Want to hear something terrible?

My niece was born today. Miss Olivia Grace M-. 8lbs. 2oz. 21 inches long.

And when I found out she was here, I cried. And not happy cry- woe is me cry. I cried cause I'm afraid I'll never have an Olivia.

Thank God my sister will never see this.

  2. No, you're right, you won't have an "Olivia," you'll have your own beautiful little baby, and he or she will be super fortunate to have a wonderful mommy who yearned for them with everything she had. Huge, huge hugs to you!

  4. "Woe is me" and loving your niece don't have to be mutually exclusive feelings. You're allowed both. And I second what dark lovely so elequently said.((hugs))

  5. I second what MillerMama said and third Dark Lovely Boricua. And sometimes crying is the best way to let out that pent up emotion. There is absolutely no shame in that. xxxx bella

  7. I third what Miller said. You can love your niece and still be upset because you want a baby so bad. Actually, every comment on here is something I want to say to you. Always here for you if you need to vent/yell/be upset.
